Very happy - 3 years and 10 units
We have 10 of these, only one failure after 3 years. Quality sound, no drop-outs - very happy with them, the only downside is they are mono, but for this price range you won't find better

Should add a better quality earpiece
Excellent in ear monitor. Easy to sync with receiver, good volume and sturdy. We use it at home in a rehearsal room, and despite the loud playing from instruments and voices, you can clearly listen to the channel. My only advice, is to buy a quality earphone. The one in the package is pure trash.

They are very easy to set up
Got our system the other day was easy to sync. We bought the 4 in ear system and an extra three receivers for our church band and they are awesome. no more floor monitors.
