Do they come with a tray to stand them in?

You don’t need to stand them. They come with lids. Works great

Can you buy replacement caps?

I do not think you can buy caps only. You would have to buy another set of syringes.

The description says they only hold 20ml, is that correct?

Sorry for the confusion. These syringes hold 1oz (30ml).
