I am a small person and this fit perfectly. Helped with my disc problems. I could wear it for hours and not be uncomfortable.

I'm 5'4", thin woman. The small size adult collar I got fit but I was barely able to secure it with the velcro to get it to. This child's size is perfect, as far as the velcro placement goes and is a far better collar for me. It sits better on my neck where it meets my jawline. That's the best part-it's a bit narrower than an adult's and fits perfectly below my jaw/my jaw rests on it and this keeps my head more stable. It is quite firm but not stiff which I really like. Very well made. I recommend for either a youth or small adult as it's a quality product.

This neck brace is good for a child or toddler, but it was a little small for my 13-year-old. A full-size neck brace was too large so I guess she’s just in this awkward place where nothing will fit. But if you have a small child, I would say this is great.

I bought this to wear while being the driver or passenger. I've had previous neck surgery and like having support when in the car or airplane several hours. This teenage size is perfect for small women.

Once bent around the neck, the foam will only completely encircle a 10 inch neck.The loop strap has a hard edge and it's attached to the inside of the foam instead of the outside making it very irritating to the skin.

My baby was born with Torticollis and this was very helpful to help straighten her neck out
