I was hesitant at first. I thought the sleeves were a bit too long and the shoulders fit a little weird. BUT, once I wore it to work, my opinion changed. The shoulders didn't matter because they were under my scrubs and they were never uncomfortable. I like long sleeves and these turned out not to be too long (like I feared when I tried it on) because the sleeves are tight enough that when I pushed them up, they stayed up and didn't keep sliding back down to my wrists. So overall, the things I thought I wouldn't like about the shirt turned out to be the things I liked the most when I actually wore it to work. Definitely good for the price, in my opinion.
