Incredibly easy to set up/take down, the cat seems to like it, she was a bit unsure of the kinda shaky shelves, but she got used to it with a few treats. I was afraid it would be difficult to break down, but Not At All. We use it while camping with our cat. works great!

Cats are still getting used to it ofc (they're used to being inside) but so far it seems very sturdy and well made, not to mention a good size especially for the price. Assembly was fairly straightforward and it's very easy to move around, just a bit bulky. The mesh bottom is a great feature so the cats are completely confined and there's no chance of escape. Only real complaint is that the top opening is still located under the top level so it's hard to get things up there or do anything without some finagling. Overall very happy and satisfied.

So far so good! Smoke is enjoying it. Easy to set up and appears to be made of quality materials. I do however, have a suggestion . The base needs a better bottom than just the netting. Kitties have claws and despite longevity of the netting sooner or later it will rip from their claws. Also potential snagging. As you can see in my picture I put down a mat that will not only cover and protect the netting , but it gives a barrier from the hard cement that will also heat up in the summer. Perhaps you could create a similar mat that can be used on flooring or removed if used on softer ground ( grass/ sandy beach). Perhaps also a door large enough for an adult to enter just in case? I’m a tall person and a bad back. Wiggling through the provided openings was a bit of a challenge to access . I sent the Amazon link to a friend last night after she saw the pics and video, she’s ordering one as well!

We bought this to use in a vacation home for our kitty who is used to spending his nights in our finished basement room due to iffy bathroom habits. We need to know our furniture is safe, and that he is not freaked out by having full run of the place all night long. There is room for food and water bowls, plus two small litter boxes on the floor (he has three boxes at home, but life is rough!)He's been exploring it in our current home, getting it all familiar-smelling and checking out his level-leaping abilities. Turns out it's a lot of fun, even for a 14 year old kitty.We added sections of 1/8 inch pressboard in to the flexible plastic shelf support inserts, so the floors would be rigid and not give under his feet. There is plenty of room in the slot provided and access to the slots is easy. The wide zipped access half-way up is great for people's torsos.The only thing that would make it even better is some sort of access to the top level (we call it the "attic") to clean up missed treats and to be able to clean any accidents should they occur. A zipped circle, a zipped flap, or a velcroed flap (with a couple D-ring cinches for escape artists) would be wonderful. I imagine that would also help a lot for smaller pets or iguanas. Any critter that might leap up and not be able to leap down. Only a contortionist could get through the bottom opening and fold around the first shelf to reach the attic.The tunnel was easy to zip into the access, but we decided we didn't need it for our purposes.This is a great product for a fantastic price and will keep our kitty feeling safe.

I was excited to receive this catio so that my girl can join me outside on the balcony sometimes. It wasn't too hard to set up at all. The platforms inside aren't super sturdy, but they work for her to lie on. The first platform has a hard piece that goes inside it to make it more firm, but the top platform does not. She hasn't been very keen to go up there yet. A small thing--I wish that the item would fit through my doorway so I wouldn't have to disassemble it every time I want to bring it inside.The main flaw is that the product says that it comes with sandbags, both in the listing on Amazon and on the insert that comes with it: "Fully construct tent and weigh down with provided sand bags prior to putting cat in tent." This product does NOT come with sandbags. When I called the number ("If you are not 100% satisfied, reach out to us first so we can make it right!"), the agent stated very plainly that they do not have replacement parts and that the only way they could do anything is if I returned the entire item to Amazon. I do not have a car, which is a huge part of why I order things on Amazon in the first place, so this is not an option for me. A quick search in these reviews shows that this product doesn't seem to include sandbags, despite saying that it does. Perhaps they should change the description and the insert so that customers are not routinely receiving incomplete products, if the only way to fix this common mistake on their part is at the inconvenience of the customer.

Bought this to be used outdoors but my kitten did not want to be outside. It has nowbecome my kittens favorite toy. This is my best purchase by far for my rambunctious orange kitten. It is in my family room right now and he loves it I’ve had it for a few months and no tears. If you camp and have an adventurous kitty you will love this. If you have an indoor cat this is so much fun and burns so much energy!

Got the kitty Katio tower today and am returning it immediately for a full refund.Worthless piece of junk.1. Impossible to assemble.No freaking instructions whatsoever. So poorly put together photos about 4 or 5 vague pics which are incomplete sewn into bag. Practically no instructions or directions at all.The unit comes in a tangled web of pieces with no directions.2. Video and pic shows that unit has "weight bags". So you can place it on concrete to weight it down with the tied on weight bags. But it turns out they are just empty flat flaps with no weight inside. So nothing to weigh it down. Deceptive advertising. They are useless. Are you supposed to go out and find some fitted weights on your own and purchase them? That is now how it showed on pic and video.3. Unit comes with some detached bars. What do you do with them? Beats me. Would be nice if there were assembly instructions in this tangled mess.Complete garbage junk. Avoid my mistake. I'm returning it 10 minutes after receiving it. Waste of time. Move on with a company that takes their business and customers seriously. Don't waste my time. You waste my time, you lose my business!

Once you figure out how to put it together, (the instructions are a little over simplified, with only pictographs), this is a great catio! Took me 20min the first time, 5mins once you figure it out. Our 13lb male cat LOVES this thing so much, he's begging to go out first thing in the morning after he's eaten. It's sturdy enough that he can jump from level-to-level with no problem, and his clawing on the sides hasn't damaged it. Plenty of room for scratchers, litter box, and bedding, and the doors have convenient loops for securing them. (our cat knows how to work zippers, so this is a plus for us.) Sometimes he goes NUTS in there jumping around! We can't stake it due to rocky soil, but we got some workout plates to use in the corners and they've worked well. He LOVES this thing.

Cuando la quise armar la primera vez, sí tuve que buscar un tutorial porque no me quedaba claro cómo hacerlo. Ya una vez que sabes cómo armarla, te das cuenta que ni es necesario un instructivo porque es facilísimo.Tiene buen tamaño para que mi gato pueda moverse, trepar y dormir, en cualquier posición, cómodamente. El único detalle que cambiaria del interior, es que las bases de los pisos no son tan rígidas (al principio mi gato tuvo miedo de subirse) pero ya que se acostumbró, lo hace sin problema.El material es muy resistente. La mía ya tiene una pequeña apertura porque mi gato juega mucho pero tardó mucho en hacerse y aún así el hoyito es muy pequeño y no causa problemas.El diseño es muy bonito, aunque en general predomina el negro y el gris, tiene sutiles detalles de color que me gustaron mucho.En general, me encantó. La uso mucho y gracias a ella he podido viajar con mi gato (que no es muy sociable) a montaña, playa y o dentro de la ciudad (a lugares donde no puede estar suelto) sin problema.

Just received it today. Set it up in about 5 minutes. Only going by the illustrations on inside of bag. Not great instructions but I did it. Lol. I bought for my balcony. My cat wasn't overly excited bit I'm sure a few more times in it will get her used to it. Was up for about 2 hrs and a storm was rolling in do prayed it wasn't too difficult to take down snd it wasn't bad at all. The only thing that sucks is for the price. $159 plus $58 for import fees (yikes) They certainly could have provided a lot better quality carrying bag. Not good at all. A duffle type bag would have been much nicer. This bag won't last long at all. Besides the bag it seems like nice quality. Time will tell. 🙂

My cats loved it right away. I added carpet on the bottom for both stability and comfort and my oldest immediately sat down and made himself comfortable. My youngest has no issues reaching the top level. Very happy with my purchase as I live in a basement suite and my patio is completely open. I can let them out to enjoy the sun without worrying about them getting away. It's super easy to set up and take down so I can bring it inside at night. Very happy with my purchase.

I had the other version for 3 years and it was great (although the tunnel was very cheap and kept ripping out if the strip holding it in). I got a dog so wanted something so my cat could get up away from him if she wanted. This works really well...they can either share the bottom or she can go up while he's in the ground. It is quite a bit smaller footprint than the other version but she likes it. The tunnel is much sturdier and better made on this one.The only issue is that the compound itself is quite rickety. You get 4 support sticks but it definitely could use more. When she goes up to the top it shakes quite a bit however the structure itself is sound so it should be fine. Would recommend.
