What makes this model limited compare to model spb121j1?

This is not a limited edition. SPB121JI is an international market release by Seiko, and replaced the popular SARB017. This model SADC091 is the same model produced for the Japanese market. Maybe that's why they called it a Limited Edition, the model number is exclusive to Japan, not the watch.

The description says it’s a quartz watch the dial say automatic, love the green dial but I am confused 😐
