MiLocks TKK-02SN Tkk-Sn Digital Door Knob Lock with Electronic Keypad, Satin Nickel, Keypad, Keyless

Ive purchased 8 of these over the past 2 years for Airbnbs I manage. They continue to work great and are easy to install. I had an issue with one of them, the bottom row of buttons stopped working. I contacted customer service and they mailed me a new keypad right away. It was easy as that. That fixed the problem and everything is right again.

We've had ours for almost a year now. We have two, and I'm probably getting another one soon. They were very easy to install and work great. The batteries last a long time and really depend on how often you use the mechanism to lock/unlock the door instead of the key. In the year we've had them, we needed to replace the batteries once on the one that gets more use but not the other. The clicking sound that I've seen mentioned in a couple reviews could be the door not getting unlocked/locked all the way. If its not locked/unlocked all the way and the mechanism tries to unlock/lock it, it makes an awful clicking grinding sound and does not unlock/lock. I've only had this issue twice (and those two times were thanks to my two year old). The beeping is pretty quiet, but the mechanism that unlocks (or autolocks) the door is pretty loud. The autolock feature you can turn off or on depending on your preference. It takes a few seconds before the door locks on its own, so if you're trying to be quiet you just lock it manually before the door locks itself. The only issue other than the mechanism being pretty loud is that sometimes the numbers will register that they were pressed twice (or not at all) when you try to put in your code so just be deliberate when you put your code in and you won't have a problem....oh and don't use a six digit code like I did on the first one....keep it to four digits and you'll be happier. :)

BEST REVIEW TO READ FOR BUYERS; Listen to me when I say have had the door lock for years and liked it.. But it has a few flaws, First flaw the weather can get into the internals and rust out components on the circuit board. Secondly, the paint on the back board of the unit will fade to white after repeated rubbing from typical use. So I decided to order a new one after the code set decided to stop working and this is where my EXTREME disappoint starts. Usually a company tries to improve their product. The item pictured in the listing is the older model which is what I thought I would be receiving and was looking forward to have. What I got was, a downgraded version of the original, if you look at my pictures (First pictures are original model, Second is new version) the new version is drastically different. It’s keyboard is plastic not metal like the old one, the knob itself feels awkward to grab, and the lock button is comically huge and dumb looking. Also the new one the handle is higher for some reason?. Not to mention the fact that the battery compartment is all springs which were bent and misshaped. Out of the box I had to rebend in a way to even fit the battery’s in.. Not happy with the new model at all, I will be sending it back and trying to solder on a new micro switch to be able to set my older much superior one’s lock code again. MAKE STUFF GREAT AGAIN. not worse..

I needed a lock to let my daycare families come and go without leaving my door unlocked all day or having to constantly let them in. I wanted a Schlage, but couldn’t justify the price. And I wanted something simple. No need for Bluetooth or additional apps. Plus, the door jambs in my 60’s house with horrible DIY repairs aren’t the best and I haven’t the time, money or energy to fix them right now. Enter this lock. Pros: -Reasonable price. -Quick and easy install. -Very simple programming. -Easy to use. -Actually buttons instead of touchscreen (this works better for my truckasaurus hands). -Let’s you know when the batteries need changing. Cons: -One of the locks just stopped working after a month. The batteries were dying, then the buttons just stopped working when I replaced them. And the number for customer support doesn’t help. You get directed to the website and can’t speak to an actually person. -It is loud! The beeps are loud. The locking mechanism is loud. And because of this, the batteries die faster than I expected. -The auto lock isn’t as fast as I’d like. It takes 5-10 seconds. For safety and security, especially with tiny escape artists, it would be nice if it only took a second or two to auto lock. Also, you have to unlock from the inside every time you go through the door. This works for me during the week when the children are here, but it’s annoying when I don’t have to worry about toddlers trying to run away. -It lets you know when the batteries are dying by beeping obnoxiously when you try to unlock the door, and then not allowing you to unlock the door. Can we get a day warning? Could do with some improvements, but it’s cheaper and basic. So I’m cool with it. Eventually I’ll get the Schlage, but, for now, this works for me.

This product started having some issues after 3 months and having to key in code 2–3 times to work and final 2 days ago stopped working. Tired troubleshooting per instructions multiple times but no luck!! Tried calling the number and website in amazon but seems not updated. Found their website in google search and claimed warranty. I was issued a new lock with no questions asked!! Hard to find these genuine ones these days.. waiting for my new lock. Updated my review from 1 to 4 star.. for customer service would give 5 star

Easy to install, i was able to replace my old lock in 15 mins. The pin was easy to setup as well. Turning the knob and as well as turning the lock feels a bit off. It feels like something inside is stopping it from turning...

Pros: - Good value - Relatively easy to install - Auto-lock is configurable - Can be opened with supplied keys Cons: - Quality could be better, but you get what you pay for - Okay as an interior lock (as advertised)

Les instructions sont bien facile à suivre et la programmation est simple à faire, je le recommande à tout le monde.

This lock is almost $100 and has broken in less than a year of installing. Would not recommend.
