very good quality, that frankly i did not expect. lots of pieces to get you set up to tig exactly how you like. i will buy these consumables again

So I purchased this kit primarily for the Pyrex cups. Ngl I was attracted by the quantity of included pieces for the price. I will probably never use most of the alumina cups provided. I installed this on a WP17 air cooled torch I use for smaller projects. All threaded components look good and the ones I chose threaded in properly. I used a double O ring to retain the Pyrex cup, and the fitment is very good, and offers excellent retention. The setup pictured is with 1/8 ceriated tungsten. The clear cup offers excellent visibility, and I’m very pleased. 10/10 would buy again.

They were cheaply made, but serve the purpose ok. I’m not a professional tig welder by any means but was looking for some glass lenses. These do not screw on! So I wasn’t very impressed with them from the get go. The lenses are held on with an o-ring. Not what I thought would be ideal. I’ve used them once so far and they did stay on and seem to work. Bottom line is if you want quality, buy American!
