## Overview

The Mogami Gold 1/4 TRS to XLR Male Cable is a 6-foot balanced studio cable engineered with Neglex star-quad conductors and a 100% pure copper spiral shield to eliminate hum, buzz, and RF interference. Trusted by top recording studios, it delivers a neutral, distortion-free audio signal with gold-plated connectors for corrosion resistance and secure fit. Built for durability and backed by a lifetime warranty, this cable ensures professional-grade, silent signal transmission from your audio interface to powered monitors.

## Description

If you have ever chased a hum or hiss coming from your studio monitors, the cable between your gear is often the weak link. The Mogami Gold TRS to XLR cable fixes that. It is built around genuine Neglex 2534 star-quad conductor, the same cable trusted in top recording studios, so the signal from your audio interface reaches your monitors clean and accurate with no added color. The star-quad design uses four conductors instead of the usual two to cancel noise before it ever reaches your recording or speakers. A 100 percent coverage spiral pure-copper shield wraps the full length and blocks the RF interference, cellphone beeps that thinner cables can let through. The result is a dead quiet background and a true, neutral tone. This is a balanced 1/4 inch TRS to XLR male line cable. It connects a balanced 1/4 inch TRS output to an XLR male input on studio monitors, mixers, audio interfaces, preamps, and powered speakers. Gold contact connectors lock in a tight, corrosion-resistant fit. Mogami Gold cables are backed by a lifetime warranty and built to survive years of daily studio use. Available in 3, 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 foot lengths so you can match the exact run from your desk to your gear. Buy from the Mogami store to be sure you are getting a genuine Mogami cable.

Review: They will diminish the static and pops - These are worth the money , if your a music producer / gamer and you have unnecessary pops and hisses this is your solution , my current setup is the scarlet focusrite 18i8 to my Yamaha hs7’s I used to have a lot of uncomfortable noises coming from these and I thought my speakers were messed up but these cables saved me ! I’m not gonna say they’re entirely 100% silent or will fix everyone’s issues but they worked for me and I couldn’t believe how good they made my projects in fl studio sound ! I highly advise keeping routers or other big electronics away from your studio monitors because I had slight issues with my left monitor producing subtle pops with my router near it but after moving the router away the sounds went near silent unless your ears are close to the speakers , I went years with pops and sounds disturbing my gaming and my workflow it made me resort to just wearing headphones but now I can game or produce in peace ! No static everything has mostly gone away occasionally (rarely) I’ll get a weird comp noise but Im impressed and happy !
Review: Expensive, but Flawless - If you've arrived at this page, you know a thing or two about cable quality. You will not find *authentic* Mogami cable for cheaper anywhere on the internet - this is the minimum advertised price Mogami requires. Yes, they are absurdly overpriced. It does not take a genius to figure out how much copper wire, braiding, and rubber cost to manufacture per yard. Understand, though, that with Mogami you are buying a lot more then just 'a cable'. The braiding (shielding) on these is the highest quality available. What does that mean? No more RF interference, aka beeeeeep beep beep beep beeeeep when your phone is about to ring. I have these running past 4 separate electronic devices and high-power electric cables on the path from my audio interface to my nearfeild monitors, and my monitors are totally silent. Not even a hint of hum. These cables also have extreme longevity: every time you bend a cable at all, you are killing its output integrity a little, and these are build to resist all but the most aggressive bending without sacrificing that quality. The gold plating is neat, but in terms of audio signal integrity the internals being finely made are way more important. As an acoustic engineer - who doesn't work for Mogami, despite what it might seem - it is my job to know these things, so I apologize for the nerdsplosion. Oh, and the final kicker? These come with a lifetime warranty. If these cease to function in any way (except by your own abuse), you can walk into any brick and mortar retailer who sells these and exchange them for new ones without even having proof of purchase or packaging. This alone is reason to justify the price. The signal chain from your DAW to your ears is only as strong as the weakest link, which technically always should be your speakers (terribly inefficient devices). Don't pollute the signal before it even gets anywhere. You won't regret going Mogami, despite the sticker shock.

## Features

- Kills the Hum, Buzz, and Hiss from Your Studio Monitors - The Neglex star-quad design runs four conductors instead of two to cancel the noise cheaper cables let through, so the line from your audio interface to your powered monitors goes stays dead silent even with phones, routers, and power bricks nearby
- The Cable Top Recording Studios Are Wired With - Mogami Gold is built for neutral, accurate tone with no added color or distortion, so you hear the true signal from your interface. The same Gold series cable trusted in pro studios now runs from your desk to your speakers
- Ultra High Density Shield That Blocks Interference - A 100 percent coverage spiral pure-copper shield wraps the full length and rejects the cellphone beeps, ground radiated power hum, and electrical noise that thin less well covered braided or foil shields miss, giving you a clean, quiet background from the first plug-in
- Genuine 1/4 Inch TRS to XLR Male, Balanced and Ready - This is a balanced line cable that connects a 1/4 inch TRS output to an XLR male input on studio monitors, mixers, audio interfaces, and powered speakers. Gold contact connectors lock in a tight, corrosion proof fit
- Backed by a Mogami Lifetime Warranty - Every Gold cable is covered for life against problems, even those that are your fault. With professional handling, Neglex 2534 cable is built to survive years of coiling, bending, and daily studio use without losing signal integrity or going intermittent. Plus, should something break, Mogami will replace it free for life
