I bought two of these organizers (different colors). They're bigger than what I needed, but I was tired of the "too small" organizers that I had. I decided that these are right for me. They're easy to fill and it's easy to remove my pills. My pills are secure in their compartments. I guess I'm going to have to buy two more because I organize my pills for a full month ahead. I'm giving them four stars because they're still bigger than what I need.

Nice and compact with more room than expected. Slightly on the heavy side, but appears sturdy. The inner plastic flaps the hold the pills in each section also have a sturdy feel. The closure snaps with the little handle and is also secure. Taking it with me on vacation so I might have an update.

This pill organizer works great. Don't let the size deter you from buying. 7 separate areas for pills and the locking bar on the front protects all the meds from flying all over the place. I would recommend.

So many pill containers are so small they don’t hold more than a week of medication. This one has large sections that I can use either for a longer trip or as a small emergency kit with things like Tylenol, advil, melatonin and Benadryl to serve as a portable emergency kit for family travel. The labels are very handy and I love that each compartment can be individually closed and secured. Highly recommend!
