I wasn't sure why u should buy cordyceps just bc inhea rd the hype around the Last of US series. But when I saw it could be used before a workout and for energy, I thought I'd give it a try. I took first 2 days an hour before the gym and had really nice endurance! A noticeable improvement I can measure on my fitbit. I took today first thing on empty stomach bc I had poor sleep and didn't want to get up, felt tired, sluggish. In about an hour or less I began having a wake-up that black tea alone doesn't give me in the morning anymore! The feeling is unique. I can't explain it, but I can feel it is the cordyceps bc I know my body and mind and energy levels very well, I do go to the gym almost daily, and I've been struggling to taper off some meds and having low energy as a result, and also very depressed. It suppresses my appetite, and I can feel it in my stomach, a kind of existential nausea... idk how to explain it. A new feeling, and I know this isn't placebo. I went from being the walking dead to deciding to hit the gym on a day I was really thinking of staying in bed.
