Adding to milk while stirring along with L Reuterri starter I found that the yoghurt sets in 16-18 hrs .. just one bit of info. Make sure you buy a good yoghurt maker as L Reuterri is very temp sensitive species. And some of the yoghurt maleing maches sold on desertcart say that they are actually temp controlled, the one I bought had only a show pony switch the temp was constantly above 42.8 Centigrade.
