Is this compatible with the samsung galaxy note 10 plus?

I have a Note 9 and it does not work on my phone, but my phone is also in the list as compatible. Also, the eraser on mine acts like another stylus rather than an eraser. I'm on here to find out if it needs to be programed or returned.

Can the replacement nibs be used on the s pen for the galaxy tab s8?
