UPDATE: Ive used this board in my drum room for about 7 months without any issues. Two weeks ago, the headphone jack stopped working. You could just barely hear anything. I run my phone through the Bluetooth with Drumless tracks. That said, I contacted seller via email, who responded quickly, like the next day. I sent them a video, at their request, showing the issue. The technician sent me a video of settings to check. Now a funny was the technician spoke in Chinese. I, however, do not speak Chinese. That said, I checked everything he pointed to with his finger. After just two settings checks, the headphone jack came to life. Turns out there was a setting in the Bluetooth that is not explained in the manual. I can’t say enough great things about the tech support of this company. From the quick response to the knowledgeable techs. This board has worked flawlessly otherwise.
