A molded Minnie Mouse character handle adds a special touch and ensures her umbrella makes a statement, even when closed????

Stop asking this over and over. Its not a molded character handle and if they made one like that it would be twice as much money. No 4 year old cares about "making a statement"... you sound like a lunatic.

Is the princess umbrella big enough for a 8 year old girl??

Yes. My kid is 7 years old and it is more tha. Enough, hope it will be enough for her next year too..

Will I get the molded Minnie or not?

I don't understand what you mean by "molded Minnie or not? But it is beautifully constructed and my grand daughter, age 4 loves it and plays with it all the time
