Super fast acting, super cooling, sticks great. I have found nothing that actually helps with migraines other than this. Works faster and better than medication. Helps you fall asleep when you have a migraine, for those that need rest to heal up. Works for hours, too. I have woken up from a nap and still have it working. Have bought multiple times, and will keep ordering.

I've been using these for years, and I have it on a 2-week autodelivery. I have chronic migraines, sometimes daily. They're medication-resistant, so all I can really do is wait for them to dissipate on their own. The goal is to keep me as comfortable as possible and take the edge of the pain in any way I can. These are a huge part of my migraine "routine".Each pack comes with 4 patches, and unfortunately whether or not each individual patch works is a tossup. I haven't figured out why, but it's always been this way. Sometimes the patches do not stick at all. Sometimes the patch is defective and never gets cool. I don't mean that "sometimes they don't help my headache" - I mean literally sometimes they do not work. Whatever ingredients are in them to make them sticky and cold do not always activate. I can tell immediately and when I find one that's a dud, I toss it and try another.When they do work, they're a miracle and it's why I continue to buy them even with the occasional dud. They last a couple of hours (package says 12, that is definitely NOT the case, I would say more than 4, maybe 5-6 if you're lucky). If you misplace on you can readjust it and it doesn't usually give you a hard time. The cold sensation on my head is a huge relief and I like that I can consistently use these, which obviously you can't do with actual meds.If you suffer from migraines or even just an occasional headache, I highly recommend keeping a pack of these in your first aid kit...but maybe keep 2 jut in case you get duds.

Loved that it gaved me instant relief

I suffer from vestibular migraines and I can feel my stronger symptoms of it either due to the prickly feelings of an aura on the my forehead or the tightness of the back of my neck. Once I put it on either side it, I can my body slowly start relax. I still have the other symptoms, but at least the headaches or the neck tightness reduces. The thing is it’s not as adhesive. I would suggest to either wipe off your forehead or neck with water or rubbing alcohol to clear off any oil, dirt, and/or sweat before applying.

This thing is great for the level of cold and relief it provides! However, it doesn't stick well, it stayed in place for about an hour then started to fall off if i wasnt laying down, improvements are needed in the adhesion of this. I had this on while at my dughters basketball practice and had a stocking cap (its winter) on to hide it, it actually heped it stay in place. Also, the shape/size of it is too big, it coveres my hairline and upper eyebrows and i have an agerage size forehead, this could be why it didnt stick well too, kaybe offer a small and large size. If the corners were rounded that would help a lot.
