Kaged products are the absolute best. They're electrolyte hydration powder helps keep cramps away from my legs. I take one scoop of this before I go play 3 to 4 hours of hardcore pickleball and i feel great afterwards. But I don't take it I'm pretty much guaranteed to cramp up. That tells me that this product works and it works well. It makes it easily and you can add it to pre-workout, protein or pretty much anything or you can just take it by yourself. It tastes great and it mixes it easily. I think for what you pay you're getting a good amount of product that's high quality as well. If you're into working out hard or any kind of sport. Ny advice is to fill up on your electrolytes and do it with Kaged products.

We drink a scoop of this almost every night before bed. It tastes amazing - not salty like some of the hydration powders. Also very important to us is that it isn’t packed with sugars!

Great hydration drink and has so many servings so it’s value for money, tastes great maybe a little too sweet for my liking, but to fix that I added more water than stated on the tub.

I’ve used this for years to hydrate 1st thing in the morning. It tastes great and you can immediately feel the added electrolytes doing their job!
