How can i bake a bread using this product?

Hi Zerrin , Yes i have made a sourdough "type" loaf with it but now have made a proper sourdough starter as it gives a better flavour & the long 18 hour prove /rise makes it more digestible for those with Wheat Sensitivity. When I did use this I added 10g ( 2tsp ) + 1tsp dried yeast to 500g Bread flour ,!.5tsp each sugar,salt ,1 tbls oil, 300ml water .

Which programme on breadmaker please, to make loaf without me having to knead dough separately?
