Worked for a month only which indicates poor quality of the product. I definitely don’t recommend it. Update on 30 Dec: My previous bad review was actually unjustified. I found that the small pump just needed to be rinsed a little bit to free it of some blockage. The product is still working. My apologies to the seller.

After correctly plugging in the pump in the bottom it work immediately and works very well. I didn’t realize it had to be in the sun all the time to work. Any touch of shade switches it off even a small one casted from the bowl it was in. But filling up the bowl to the brim helped.

Works perfectly well on full sunlight

Absolutely no installation required! The motor started working even with sunlight coming through windows after unboxing it. With the suction feet it's immovable, so there is no complaint of water falling out and getting empty. Just be sure to top up water in case of evaporation. So far so good. Will have to see how durable it is. As of now, I am happy with the purchase.

I put mine in a garden pot saucer for a shallow birdbath and it’s perfect. It gives off a pretty and soothing sound. I added a few flat rocks to allow butterflies & bees to land. Mine lasted about two summer seasons which is great for the price.

So easy to set up, so fun to watch it work. When shade moves in it works hard to produce a spurt, none the less it does it’s best. Love no hookup to a hose etc. great little invention for very little cost. Love this little addition to my bird bath. Birds are happy too. They love moving water.
