The purifier works great and does what it says it will do.  My new husband smokes and I can't stand the smell of smoke on his cloths.  I put it in our walk in closet and I do not smell smoke anymore.  When I received it there is something loose bounding around in the system.  It doesn't impact the working of it right now, so I did not want to take the time to send it back.  So far so good
