Educational Insights Playfoam GO

We bought this product the first day of the month long quarantine. We were looking for something that would keep our 3 year old occupied while I worked from home and my old child continued her schooling online. This product is great I'm able to leave it out on the table for my 3 year old to come over to anytime he wants. It doesn't dry out and is easy to clean up. The sea creatures are a favorite of both my children they love to hide them inside the foam then squeeze so hard that the creatures pop out. One of my favorites of this product is the carrying case. I've seen products like this before selling the foam only. This product from Educational Insight out does the other products I've seen because of the carrying case we can take it with us to the restaurant and it's so easy to store.

It comes in a nice carrying case and the top of the case has “form” areas in the shapes of a square, triangle, circle and star…easy to fill these areas with the material and make shapes. The material also is easy to work with to make other shapes. It’s not gooey or messy and my little grandson enjoys playing with it. The only negative is that although it comes in several nice colors, once they start getting mixed together there’s just no way to make them a solid color once more…from a practical stand point, I wouldn’t expect that to be an option anyway but thought I’d point it out. The price point was very reasonable. I would give this as a gift as well. Very nice little play set and packaging.

The Educational Insights Playfoam Go! is a fantastic sensory toy, especially for on-the-go entertainment. My kids love playing with this during car rides or while waiting at appointments—it’s small, portable, and keeps them busy for a long time. The texture of the Playfoam is fun to squish, and the fact that it doesn’t dry out makes it a great reusable toy. I like that it encourages creativity and tactile play, and it’s especially great for sensory exploration. The different colors and the soft, squishy feel make it engaging for both younger and older kids. Plus, it’s mess-free, so I don’t have to worry about clean-up like with traditional playdough. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that while it’s a great fidget toy, it can sometimes be a bit difficult to mold detailed shapes, especially for younger kids. It’s also a bit on the pricey side for the amount you get, but overall, it’s a solid, fun, and educational toy that I’d definitely recommend.

We are huge fans of playfoam so I knew my kids would love this set! This set comes with 6 bricks of playfoam and it also comes with 5 sea animal friends. It also comes in a carrying set with built in molds so we will definitely be taking this set with us next time we travel. Playfoam keeps my kids (ages 3.5 & 5) occupied for a long time! I am a huge fan of sensory play so I love that my kids can use their imagination to create different things and the possibilities are endless on what they can make with playfoam. One of my favorite things about playfoam is that clean up is so easy and especially with this set because we can put everything back in the carrying case when they are done playing. We have a ton of playfoam in our house and it never dries up! We love playfoam and we highly recommend it!

Day 1 of using this and my 2.5 year old likes it. However, he keeps thinking it is edible. So I have to keep a close eye. I realize this says ages 3+ so maybe my son is not quite mature enough yet to use this. Same with the mess it makes. Maybe with an older child, this would be great. But my toddler just combines the colors, they stick together and are impossible to keep the colors apart after that point. Also the little balls do stick to everything else so it's not mess free. I have played with play doh with my son and this isn't as messy but is still messy.

This sandcastle with floam is super cute! My 3.5 year old son really loved the little sea creatures it came with. The first thing he wanted to do was have them jump into the floam like it was water. The sandcastle has a handle for carrying and molds for using with the floam. My kid is obsessed with all types of buildings so a castle was a big hit, especially one he can carry like a briefcase. The floam is a good sensory activity. He loves play dough so this was a nice change of pace. Best thing - everything can be stored in the castle.

*** WARNING: Don't buy if your child still puts toys in his or her mouth. *** We've only been using this for a short time, but so far my toddler loves it. My almost 3-year-old absolutely loves play doh. So I wanted to find something similar with different play options. This is it! EASY TO CLEAN: It looks like it will be a mess, but so far it's very easy to clean up. The little pieces don't get all over. TONS OF PLAY OPTIONS: It can mold into a million different shapes. FEELS REALLY COOL: My son absolutely loves the feel of it. Five minutes into playing with it he said, "I love foam!" That's all you need to know.

I loved the toy and the design of how it’s packaged. My 4 year old daughter loved playing with the sand foam and the ocean animal figurines were great too. She’s been learning a lot about ocean animals recently so this was a great toy for her continued learning. I also loved how easy cleanup was. That’s partly why I don’t like play doh because of the cleanup but this was very easy to clean and easy to put away. This entertained my daughter for a while and it’s something I can see that’s portable to play with when traveling as well (once we’re able to travel again).

C’est comme de la pâte à modeler mais ne laisse pas de corps gras et n’est pas collant, ça fait pas de dégâts!

Love this stuff. It’s mess free and the kids love it. This is the second batch we’ve bought and I love that this one comes with a storage case as a lot of the others just come in the plastic packaging and you then have nothing to store it in. Was a little bit smaller than I expected, but still worth it.

Alors, joli boite en forme de château ! pratique pour tous ranger a la fin , c'est du sable a modeler , grande tendance ,il ne colle pas au doigt et facile a modeler, parfait pour developer la motricité aux enfants et aussi parfait pour s'amuser tout long de l'année , je recommande .

Ottimo gioco, molto accattivante questo abbinamento della playfoam con degli animaletti davvero ben fatti e graziosi con cui poter giocare costruendo degli scenari. Comoda da riporre nella valigetta a forma di castello, dopo più di un mese di utilizzo non si è asciugata e non è affatto vero che le palline si perdono, anzi sono ben incollate e se capita che si mischiano con quelle di altro colore possono essere facilmente recuperate e riattaccate al loro gruppo. Non sporcano affatto, come la plastilina o la sabbia. Consigliato!
