Had to get this iconic toy. Very durable for young kids to throw around and they won't get damaged. The only downside I would say are the extra pieces are a little small. So watch out with real young ones putting the car and little spools in their mouth.

My son simply loves having so many options of train cars, so this is nicer than the Thomas train due to the much lower cost. But the magnets don't seem as strong with these, and in general they're not as elaborate. But my son loves them and doesn't mind at all.

Great for wooden train tracks. Love that is is a magnet that connects the train pieces. Love this set as has zoo animals and is so cute.

Trains are too tall to be compatible with most bridge or underpass sets. For wide open track they work great.
