Fits perfect. True to Size! Great protection for the body. Great for price and quality of the guard. It’s exactly what you expect from Ringside. I got punched a few times on it and it absorbed great. Cup is solid and protects well. 10/10

Great fit and provides plenty of protection!
5’7”, 165 lbs. Fits perfectly and offers plenty of protection for sparring or fighting. Does limit some movement and take practice getting used to it, but a much better fit with more protection than other brands I have tried.
