I read that cleansing your glands can help with skin conditions so I took these. My friction points (armpit/inner thigh) showed results so I bought a second bottle. I feel like I don’t get as hot in my friction areas. These are definitely worth trying if you suffer from topical skin issues in your friction areas.

Not worth the buy

Wife who has problems with fluid retention takes fluid pills but they seem to have no effect on lymph fluid. The lymph detox has worked remarkably well to reduce swelling in her legs.
