yes!!!
this is my favorite crochet hook brand & i’m copy and pasting this on all of the reviews because every single one of these tulip etimos, whether it be the red or rose ones (or in this case, black and gold?), are so amazing and so comfortable in your hand. the glide of them is unreal and it is just… amazing. i put them in a cool pencil case i bought and they are just awesome. i cannot recommend these enough

Best overall hook
feels good in the hand, comfortable handle. Head and neck design make for ease to create stitches and goin in and out of stitches. Size of handle and the material make this comfortable to hold and use. My hand does not get fatigued when using this hook (I have arthritis in my fingers). This brand is my favorite hook of all the ones that I have. They are much more comfortable than the Clover Amour

Love this hook.
I started crocheting about a month ago so have been looking for the right hooks for me. I prefer inline. I also tend to stitch tight. This hook is very smooth to use. Had some 'squeaking' on first few stitches in a session sometimes, but it went away--could just be me getting into a 'groove'. It is comfortable to hold. Unlike Clover Armor, the flat portion is on both sides so it is comfortable to grip with thumb and finger. Only problem I had was pulling thru 7 loops, but I suspect that is not easy with any hook. I occasionally lost the loop off the hook and had to start over--or try to recover it with a needle. Some of this problem was the tight stitches--I'm not consistent yet, so some were very easy to pull thru and some impossible.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship.
I bought the Etimo Tulip 8-hook set and purchased this 6.5mm hook to complete it. These are without question the best hooks on the market in terms of build quality. The heads are anodized aluminum and tapered to perfection -- no rough burs or edges and symmetrical. The metal extends the length of the handle, unlike some ergonomic hooks which have been reported to crack and break off where the metal ends in mid-handle. These are not the cheapest hooks on the market, yet I'm very satisfied with my purchase. You get what you pay for in quality. Etimo Tulip crochet hooks are built to last a lifetime. As I waited for my ET 6mm hook to arrive, I bought a Boye ergonomic K crochet hook to get started on a pattern. I was very disappointed in its quality -- the metal was molded aluminum with mold lines causing rough burs inside the hook and on its very blunt tip. Using it was like shoving a log into a stitch and snagging yarn on your way out. Although its handle is wider and longer than the Etimo Tulip hook, I found this to be a non-issue when I held either of them in a knife grip. As long as you don't crochet with a death grip on the hook, you'll be fine.

Amazing hook!!
I am new to crocheting and have been trying out different types of hooks to find my favorite. Before this I've mostly used cheap hooks. This is the first expensive hook I've bought and it is quite a difference! This hook is light, comfortable to hold, and it glides so smoothly through the yarn. It feels soooo nice to work with this hook. It's a totally different experience from the cheap hooks. I highly recommend and I will definitely be buying this hook in more sizes!!

Perfect
As far as I’m concerned these are some of the best crochet hooks around. A little pricer than some but worth it. Wait for a sale! The handle is slim, not bulky like some, the metal hook glides over the yarn reducing frustration from working with cheap or fuzzy novelty yarns which can actually improve your speed! Comes in a roll up case with great accessories including the best little scissor I’ve ever used!

Five Stars
This is a great hook, very similar to the clover amour but the tulip etimo is a bit slicker

Wonderful hook
I don’t really understand how these ergonomic hooks help with arthritic hands but they do! Not all help but this one does.
