The hardware with this software is ONLY an import device to get 360 product photos into their library , to which you then have access. This solution doesn’t allow you to operate the foldio360 without having the foldio360 app open and active 100% of the time. This all photo and video capture is ONLY what can be done with the foldio360 app. You cannot capture with any other app on your smartphone, become the moment you switch away from this foldio360 app, the turntable stops. It needs constant commands from the app to move. So you cannot use your other photo or video or capture apps to image the item rotating on a foldio360 platter.
