$13+ for 2 HIGH quality, sharp chains? Whut whut?!
I just can't believe I got 2 incredibly sharp chains for a mere $13+.... a little over $6.60 per chain, WOW! I charge more than that to sharpen one for someone. So far, these seem to be very high quality chains, especially for the low price. Even if they were more expensive, I'd still be happy, but they're not... they're a steal at this price As a test, I installed one of these TriLinks on my saw and cut a 16" mesquite log in half along it's length to engage the full bar. This chain went through the [seasoned] mesquite heartwood like nothing. That stuff can be harder than even oak. The saw cut nice and straight, throwing wood chips like a pair of beavers on a serious mission. Of course I had to adjust due to some stretch after a cut like that, but anyone who wouldn't expect to have some slack doesn't know much about chainsaws or new chain. Heat makes all chain stretch, whether its on a chainsaw, motorcycle or whatever. Every new chainsaw chain, regardless of brand or price, WILL have to be adjusted several times early on, but should settle down once the initial stretch is out of it. Even after that, an occasional adjustment will be necessary. Just like having to add gas and bar oil, it's the nature of the beast. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality or price on this 2 pack, and I'm about to order more! At this price, they're a bargain even if you never bother resharpening them once. I see mine having atleast 5 or 6 sharpenings in their lifetime, there's plenty of beef on the cutters.

Poulan 18” bar- good chains can’t beat price!
These are very nice chains especially for the price. Two chains of this quality usually cost near 50 bucks or more and to pay 12 dollars is kinda mind blowing. They are sharp and stay that way for awhile if you’re cutting clean wood and you’re not trying to dig a ditch with the tip of your bar. It sharpens up easy enough. Works great on my cheap poulan saw with 18” bar.

Great value
I was impressed with how well these worked for the price. I was able to get through 5 trees and it was still cutting well. I did stop in the middle and gave each tooth a couple sweeps with a file. I did think the chain was a bit more aggressive out of the box than the Oregon chains, but I preferred it as it made quick work of thick logs. After a couple hours, I did notice it start to stretch a lot, but I was pretty bunch done at that point and working on stumps. I'm not sure if the fact that I was cutting low on the stumps had something to do with it. Even if the chain starts stretching at that point, I would still consider these a bargain for the price. I'm interested to see how tight the chain is the next time I fire the saw up. I'd buy again for sure.

great value
im a home owner who lives on a large plot of land with many trees, so im forever cutting fallen trees, trimming dead branches ect... i happened upon this product and figured ill try these for my saw i sure am glad i did! they are a great product for the most part i just buy a bunch of them and keep them in my saw box so i always have a fresh chain, i can buy these almost for what it costs to have my dull chains sharpend, as i say im not a professional tree cutter but i know my way around cutting trees and these chains are a value at this price point.

Great homeowner chain
I had 3 trees die in my back yard. I sharpened the chain on my saw with a file but it still seemed dull. I look into buying a new chain and they are about $15-$20 for a "good" one. Then I saw these, two chains for the same price. Some of the reviews were good so I tried it. I only have used the one chain for about 3 hours and 2 tanks of gas but it works great. Much faster than my old chain and long chips of wood came flying out of the tree. I can not speak to longevity but so far so good. And I have a second one waiting in the garage.

Good substitute for original.
Cuts just as good as original, but great price as you receive to chains for price of one.

Reasonably good quality
Well priced but I found that they dulled fast compared to the Oregon brand. They sharpen up well though so if you are a weekend wood cutter you will not go wrong with these

Not very good quality…dulled quickly.
Didn’t stay sharp for very long at all..disappointed!
