Can melting snowmen be used more than once?

Yes, had over a year and still melts ever time.

The putty I received with mine is really hard, is this how is supposed to be?

Yes it is hard in order to hold the initial shape you create….. then it slowly “melts”! We love ours!! Obviously it shouldn’t be so hard that you can’t mold it.

Dimensions if parts ?

Hat is about an inch and a half wide, arms are about an inch and a quarter in length. Eyes and buttons are a little smaller than an M&M
