Can this temporarily blind an attacker in daylight?

Absolutely. 2 clicks to turbo, or 3 clicks for strobe. The focused beam means you get all the lumens in a tight spot (the attackers face) which would blind anyone temporarily, and likely cause them to panic, allowing you to escape.

Where is the on/off switch on the torch?

It's the black round button in the picture on the side of the torch just behind the lens assembly near to where " SOFIRN " is printed.

I saw a review that mentioned a crack on the lens – is this common?

Hi,Thanks for your question – No, all Sofirn products are manufactured to the highest standards, faults are very rare and if they do occur are covered by our warranty. Specifically regarding the lens on the IF22a, it is constructed from toughened mineral glass. As part of the manufacturing process a small casting mark remains. This is not a fault or a ‘crack’.

Does the IF22a have bike flash and beacon mode as well as the strobe mode?

No, the IF22A has not Bike Flash mode, and Beacon maybe you can used it. Anduril UI flashlight has this Bike Flash, but the IF22A has not
