It literally pushes and holds everything in place, it's kinda crazy especially since the price is so in expensive. Fit was great. Initially, it felt like it would stay on all night. I was honestly worried about how I would remove it at the end of the night without hurting myself. A few hours in, I realized that as soon as you start sweating, this bra will peel off very suddenly. As the material is thick and not breathable, and the silicone is very sticky and heavy, sweating is inevitable. I did go into the bathroom and wash off the sticky surface, and it became sticky again, but soon fell off once more as soon as there was any sweating. I was testing this out for my wedding, and I don't think it will work due to the sweating issue (I do not sweat easily). While it did stick, the boost was awesome! I am an A cup and I had cleavage for the first time in my life!
