It has a good solid bottom panel that provides a stable glossy black base, thick and firm enough to carry a heavy object. It also has a mirror-back, which is a nice touch. The long panels (unusually) have hooked tabs that hold the unit together much more effectively than than standard "slot-it-together-and-hope-for-the-best" units. When I put the top panel down on this case I had complete confidence it would be removeable again for me to take out the display item, without the entire structure being in danger of falling apart. The product also comes with a surprisingly good quality pair of cloth gloves (and a small cleaning cloth) to prevent marking the panels during assembly. As a final amazing touch, the protective film covering the two end panels had pull-tabs to assist with removing the film (though it's puzzling all the panels didn't have them). I tag that as "amazing" because I've never found that thoughtful detail to have been included on other similar cases from other manufacturers. Without those tabs it's essential to have a good set of fingernails (and patience) to get the protective film off.
