**Q: Where are bestvite supplements manufactured?**
A: Our manufacturing facility is located in Sun Valley, CA.

**Q: How large are the capsules?**
A: They are about 1/2” in length but very easy to swallow, at least for me.  I hope I have helped you. I like the product. I really feel a lot more energized !!

**Q: Since this has rice flour, i'm curious to know how much since that would have some effect on blood sugar.  do we know how much?**
A: There are about 230mg of rice flour in each capsule.

**Q: Does this vitamin increase your levels of vitamin B6 in your blood?**
A: Not at all. If you want to increase your levels of vitamin B6, you need top add 2 amino acids: taurine and méthionine. And make sûre that your vitamin b6 comes from natural sources as yeast (the brand thorne for example).
