Hi, are these the new ones that are jelly inside?

No. These have the three wooden blocks inside. The jelly ones are California Scents Extreme.

Where have people placed these products in their cars? I can't think of a discreet suitable place

I place mine in one of my cup holders, it fits perfectly, but you can place anywhere. Try the door pocket, or if you have a compartment under the dashboard.

The description info says "not to be inhaled"...they are Air Fresheners for the car...what are you supposed to do...hold your breath??

You could hold your breath and would make for a very short car journey, but I think they mean don't hold it to your face and breathe in hard.
