are these 500 mg quercetin or 250 mg or what?

250mg per capsule. 500 mg per serving of 2 capsules

I am wondering about an actual label list of ingredients? Is Solgar hiding something ?

No, it is a very good product. Looks like Amazon screwed up . . contact them.

does it contain any corn products such as the gelatin capsule - what is that made out of?

The label on the product indicates following: gluten, wheat and dairy free. Suitable for vegetarians. Free of: gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color. Questions: call 1-877-solgar4. FYI: I feed this to my dog for her allergies. I empty one capsule/day into her food and mix up. So far - ok...one day at a time...

$24 for 2 bottles of this on another listing. Why is this priced so high?

This listing is for 100 capsules. The $24 listing is for two bottles containing 50 capsules each.
