yes, it's soluble, and helps my husband with his sleep. I think it has many values and purposes.

Good glycine. It of course has a sugary taste. Been buying it for some time. Every evening I mix a teaspoon or so of it with a thumbnail sized portion of magnesium chloride and a cup of water. Makes you sleep like a baby. I also add a teaspoon of it to the same amount of beet root powder and a cup of Tulsa tea in the morning.

Tastes good, and easy to mix with water or fiber smoothies.

Comes with a tiny scoop, so the serving size is Itty bitty. It will last a long time! Has a nice, sweet taste. Grainger than fine sugar, but does well in Coffee (which I didn't realize when I ordered it). Very happy with this product and it's price point.

So I’ve spent some time with this before giving my honest review. What made me buy this was a Dr. ♥️ and reading the reviews of other consumers.What I found for me is that after spending enough time to give this product my honest review.This product does not make me sleepy at all but when I finally fall asleep my sleep is much deeper and when I wake up I feel more rested and refreshed and ready to start my day 🌞. I’m 60 years old and am not on any medications but I could use some support and Glycine seems to do that. I keep up with Yearly physicals and bloodwork.That alone will keep me taking this and I will continue taking it.

The powder is a quality product that dissolves easily in water and has not clumped due to moisture. The resealable bag keeps the product dry. The result of its use is unknown as I have not seen any particular improvement in sleep quality, producing collagen that should be evident in skin condition. I’m not diabetic so I haven’t monitored blood sugar. Producing glutathione is unknown as the benefits are hard to measure. I’m taking it as directed, but I’m not certain what benefits I may be getting from using it
