Sensitive Care Overnight Incontinence Underwear XXL 47-66in 12ct

This product handled my nighttime leaks problem completely. Tried other choices and then found these. They have great absorption, the fit is generous and they feel soft and comfortable. No more worry and inconvenience! Only complaint is that the wrapper is boldly colored and I wish it was more neutral and light colored - or simply white. But I can work around that because they make life so much easier.

These absorb wonderfully, however in my opinion, the S/M size is much more of a small. My mother has Alzheimer’s and weighs 119lbs and is 5 foot tall and the S/M size was very snug. Other brands I have tried do not run this small. Otherwise, love the product. I put booster pads in for overnight and they have not leaked yet.

Order this bulk package for parent who is on a diuretic for heart that causes her to pee a lot. She cannot make it to the bathroom most of the time and these are a lifesaver saving laundry and the floor. Durable, high quality, no smell, discreet, comfortable and a great value.

This is an edited review. My first impression was very poor. However, upon further use I find that they are better than I thought. They are off size though, I normally use an XL for my size 20 body. I took the advice of other reviews and ordered up to XXL. It's a little loose but I don't imagine I could have used the XL. The feel is pretty soft, but remember it is plastic and if you sweat it will be sticking to you. Regarding the absorbency, I find it fair to good, at night and during the day. I've not experienced any leaking at the leg openings. I think I might order again, they are a good price right now when some other brands have gone up to ridiculous amounts. Recommended.

For many years, we had used Tena proskin incontinence underwear size M for our adult special needs daughter. They worked well for her heavy incontinence with minor leakage. Couldn’t find those any longer (found out they had been discontinued) so we ordered the Sensitive Care size S/M in overnight absorbency hoping that it would reduce leakage even better. Well…the S/M was a struggle to get up over her hips (she is 5’3” and approx 127 lbs). I have torn many of them at the sides while trying to pull them up. We ordered them this week in size L and just received them. Laying the size L sensitive care on top of the old Tena proskin size M underwear shows them to be the exact same size. In these pictures, I am placing the new Tena sensitive care underwear on top of the discontinued Tena proskin size Medium: First picture shows the Tena sensitive care overnight size S/M over the discontinued M. Pencil shows where the new Tena S/M ends. Second picture shows the Tena sensitive care overnight size L over the discontinued M. Pencil is used to lift the layers for comparison. Hope this helps buyers out. I rated this only one star based on the fact that we had wasted money and time on the S/M thinking it would fit her as she previously wore a M in Tena. We haven’t had the chance to see how absorbent the Large overnight ones are; however, we are confident that it will at least hold as much as the discontinued Tena proskin, if not more.

Size details- I'm a 6ft tall female, wear a 2x dress, 18-20 pant, my rear end and thighs are large. The XXL was a little bit loose but not so loose that they fell down. I didn't have any gapping in the thigh area either. They are so soft and comfortable, very breathable too. The tear away sides are very durable. Other brands tend to rip easily when just putting them on, not these guys. I'm going to size down next time and see if they fit better. Now for product review- AMAZING! I usually have to wear a pull up AND a large overnight pad; but last night I was able to wear just the Tena pull up. I did have a dime size leak in the morning, but I belive it's because I finally slept for 9 hours straight, and my incontinence is very heavy through the night. Waking up this morning without soggy pajama pants was amazing. My husband is so polite, has never said anything about me smelling like teetee in the morning when we wake up, but this morning he said, "its nice just being able to smell your shampoo this morning, and nothing else." I excitedly said, "babe! I know right!!" I knew that was his polite way of saying, "it's nice to not wake up to my wife smelling like teetee!" I am only 39, and he's 43. Mornings used to be for cuddling and stuff. But for the last 2 years I have gotten up and immediately needed to shower and wash my clothes. By the time I'm done he's already up and getting ready to leave for work. It was nice to only have 1 small wet spot on my pj's. Tonight, I will try putting them on backwards and I imagine I'll wake up dry. Which tbh I couldn't tell which side was the back, so I may have had them on backwards to begin with. There is also a lifted inside flap as shown in the photo, that helps phenomenally! I hope these work as well for you, as they did for me! =D Take care soggy bottom friends. ♡

I would give this product a six if I could. I’ve tried other brands but none can top these for comfort, size and absorbency. They really are soft, not stiff and thin like others. These are a little more expensive, but well worth it. And if you use booster pads (I do at night) it fits in perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

Not as absorbent as indicated.they do not feel as thick as my usual Te?n.a. Pants. Also I did not order twice so the unopened pack needs collecting and a refund passed to my Bank account.

Love the TENA Overnight! Always ordered this one From Amazon. 4 over 2 years. Problem is now ~ the Price is way too high now! Was In The $60 Price Range. Now It Is Over $100. SORRY! But It Is Now Cheeper At Walmart To By 4 Packages & get Them Delivered With My GrocerIes.
