Could this be an antibacterial resistant soap?

I believe prevents further antibacterial infection combined with other ointment creame to early stage to give an exact determination of product. Cannot give you a solid honest view of this product. If the product may help you I am seeing slight improvement in Enicaid ointment cream. No doctor but I am helping a friend to ease discomfort in Hydonitis. He now claims he is in better comfort that's a plus for now. Good luck to try something cause we all react different to various products take care.I
