How can I repair a vertical surface?

A hairdryer is recommended if you’re repairing a vertical surface and/or if the temperature is expected to drop below 70°F / 20°C within the first 24 hours. The hairdryer can hasten the cure time of the product.

How long does it take to dry?

In temperatures over 70°F / 20°C, our repairs are already extremely strong within 24 to 48 hours.

Does this dry in gloss or matte finish?

Tile RepairEzy dries in a gloss finish but can easily be adjusted to dry matte. To make it look matte, after application, the next stage would be to dry the repair with a hairdryer for 2 minutes.

How do I store the tube once opened?

We suggest that you store the remaining product in the refrigerator.

What if I am not satisfied with the results?

Simply return it to us (with the receipt) within 60 days and we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.

It filled the void in my cracked tile. The white needs to cure with a gloss.

Does not camouflage hairline cracks

Not easy to work with. Did not camouflage the tile crack at all. It actually made the hairline crack more visible.

Fills holes in laminated floor

It is quite difficult to get the right colour but once mixed properly it is very good. Ideal for my grey laminated floor

Not easy to use. Grey is too blue when mixed with small amount of white. Very expensive for the product. Got better results with crayons!
