Nicely constructed and very pretty. I have sewn for over 40 years and was thrilled to find a garment with such well-made construction. Thankful I didn't have to make it myself for a change. Will wear this every year to our local Oktoberfest events. Received many compliments.

So I would give this 5 stars but I had to return it because the chest area was too small for me and I couldn't breath lol... It was adorable though... Just a heads up to the next buyer... The fabric has no give what so ever... But it was made well and again very beautiful!

Beautiful fabric, soft and drapes well. Made well! Side zipper gives a feminine touch. I’m 5’3” 155 lbs. and ordered a size bigger than the chart after reading the reviews. Good fit. Honestly I’m shocked at the quality, including the detail of the undershirt, and the embroidery on the dress, and the workmanship of the apron. I got the light blue apron and it’s gorgeous. The dress hits about knee length. I bought it for a costume party and I didn’t want one of those “sexy” stripper outfits as I’m 20 pounds overweight. I felt pretty.I’m definitely interested in buying more stuff from this vendor!Excellent purchase. I can’t say enough.

This product is just right for places where it’s warm on Halloween! It is made of lightweight material and looks authentic. Will wear it again and again!

Dress looked great, was well constructed, but was a little snug.

I bought this dress to wear at a popular local Oktoberfest celebration, in Mount Angel, Oregon, and also wore it at an Oktoberfest-themed dance at the resort I was staying at the same weekend. I got lots of complements on how great it looked, including several from other women at the celebration who were wearing equally nice Bavarian style dresses. At the dance, I won the costume contest!The cloth and construction are on a par with daily wear clothing. Certainly not just cheap costume wear! So definitely a good investment, in a garment I can expect to re-use many times. Add thigh high stockings, a floral hair decoration, and black Mary Jane shoes, and a ruffled petticoat to hold the skirt out a bit, and you're all set!Negative points:As others mentioned, even if you follow their size guide, it does run small. I have a 44" bust (38C) and a 35" waist, and the 2XL size just barely fit in the waist, and was snug at the bust. There's no way the dress would have fit a woman with a 39-40.5" waist, or a bust larger than 45". Likewise, the crop top blouse was only barely big enough for me to get it on and off. Everything looked spectacular on me once I got it on, but if I was any larger at all, I would have had to return it for a 3XL. The dress has a side zipper on the left side, which was probably easier to use than a back zipper would have been on such a tight-fitted bodice. But zipping it was awkward, and the zipper got stuck at the narrowest point of the waist, and was difficult to move part that point, going either up or down. Not because the waist was tight, though. It sticks there even when I'm not wearing it!I bought two of these (also got it in blue), and both dresses and blouses had identical problematic points. Still, if the fit was closer to their size guide, and the zipper worked smoothly, I would have rated it at 5 stars. Gave it four, because of the problems noted.

No credit received. Runs small. First one never arrived. Replacement ordered and was too small. Returned and never received credit. I called amazon still waiting for refund 3 weeks after it was returned. Buyer beware. It was pretty.

A bit longer than expected but an absolutely fabulous Dirndl!!! Stunning colour combination and the dress is a lovely fit - the under shirt if maybe just slightly to small, but I do have big(ish) boobs for my frame. Arrived early form the US to the UK - would definitely recommend!

It’s always touch and go buying anything related to clothing on Amazon. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of this dress. I’m normally a large size 14 or 16 UK, 5’6 and 176lbs with a large bust and purchased an XL to make I had some room to adjust if needed. It fit perfectly and looks authentic and flattering! Super pleased. Don’t hesitate to purchase if looking for your Oktoberfest outfit!
