These covers work very well, and with gentle hand washing can be reused for months. They are over-sized so it’s best to get a size smaller. If you would normally order medium underwear, order a small cover since it seals better at the waist and leg openings and is less likely to slip off at night. We have successfully used these for quite a while and have reordered when they eventually wear out. Very satisfied. Don’t go to bed without them,

Sizing is OK. Quality is questionable, side seam ripped along misaligned fused seam which acted as a perforation of sorts. This pair failed one initial wearing. Stiches are unraveled and just poor workmanship, the other 2 pairs have faired better so far. I would not buy again and will seek a refund. These were not cheap, and I avoided buying from "Temu" for fear of this outcome.

Got them yesterday. Used last night. Success. Will use today and test further. They smell like fresh vinyl. Duhh! They are vinyl. My wife wears a Large Depend overnight defense. I got these in XL-fit fine. I had a different brand in Large-legs were too small so I tried these. She is not that co-operative but she wanted to put these on for added protection. They are on the thin side so we will see. Fairly pliable. So far I am happy, but its only the second day. Long haul-who knows?????But for $$$, took a gamble.

Works well but just like other reviews, 2 out of the 3 plastic diaper covers were undone at the seam on the side. My mother has a big belly about 55" and the xxl fit her perfectly. She can pull them up to her navel comfortably.

They do work however they rip easily for the money they should be more durable.

I purchased these to help stop some leaks. My order fits well, but could be next size larger. I am totally incontinent and I am a heavy bedwetter. I have had lots of leaks in past. I bought these to help contain those leaks. I used to wear something like these between 5-18 years old and they were great and seldom had leaks. I’ve been incontinent for almost 20 years now. These plastic pants feel like the ones I wore growing up. They now make me feel secure and safe.

The “Small” size was big enough to fit two of my 116 pound mom to fit or swim in. Ordered small, product didn’t say anything on it … So either really poor sizing or wrong size sent. Aside from that, if sized correctly, I think great idea.

I have developed IBS and these give me peace of mind at night that I am not going to wake up to a disaster in the morning. They are not "leak proof" and they tell you that but for me they are exactly what I was looking for. They are soft and comfortable and quiet I don't I even have them on. I have washed and dryed them and they hold up. Being vinyl they do not breathe as expected so you will get a little moist from persperation so just remove them for a little while to let your skin breathe and you can put them right back on. They are to be worn OVER underwear not bare skin. I would definitely recommend this product.

Estas pantaletas son una excelente opción para personas con incontinencia o enfermos discapacitados. Los compre parami madre de la tercera edad ya que sufrio un accidente que le impidio poder caminar y este calzon lo usa encima de su pañal como proteccion para evitar derrames y le ha funcionado muy bien. A ella le gustaron mucho. La tela plástica es suavecita, el elástico de la cintura y de las piernas también es muy suave, no rozan ni lastiman la piel. Asi mismo los he lavado con un poco de jabon liquido y muy suave para no romperlos ya que la tela es de muy buena calidad pero no es gruesa. Yo los labo solo por aseo pero en realidad no guardam olores, se pueden desinfectar o limpiar con toallitas humedas o un trapo húmedo. Si lo recomiendo ampliamente. Volveré a comprar otra pack.
