But if you need to season it again with time, then first wash it in warm water, heat the kadhai on medium flame for 2 – 3 mins. 2. Then apply cooking oil & leave it for 6 – 8 hours. 3. It is of good quality as it is very heavy iron kadhai. It is rust free as iron catches rust very fast. It distribute heat evenly and cooks food with healthy, juicy , tender and aromatic. We can cook all kind of food in it. It can be used with varity of vegetables, noodles, pakorads etc . It never sticks food on it.

I was searching for the loha kadai as my mom said she requires one So i found this wonderchef loha kadai This is really good heavy base good quality iron is used in making and obviously this is a sanjeev kapoor brand and yes this rust resistance and doesnt looks like loha kadai Looks are absolutely like modern utensils Heat distribution is amazing All I would value for money
