This is the second time this has happened during shipping. And I also wondered about authenticity with no inner seal. Howeve, I believe this is actually coming from Hairfinity so it's probably legit but they definitely need to add an inner seal or have it shrink wrapped or something to prevent leakage of a not cheap product! **Q: Is this product safe for colored hair?** A: I don't know. I have chemically-treated hair, but it is not colored. I like this hair product. I believe that it is helping me with my thinning hair, but that doesn't mean that it will help everyone. I figured I would try it. I use it once a week and I leave it on my hair for at least an hour. **Q: Is this vegan?** A: No **Q: can i use this as a regular conditioner? the balanced conditioner didn’t do it for me** A: This product didn’t work for me.
