The Cleaner worked surprisingly well. There was no discomfort, cramping or "pending sense of doom." I drank lots of water and everything went as advertised. Days 2 through 5 were the most effective. Just to save time for people this may not be for, a little background: I am 6'3 250 pounds, 18% body fat, 2 weeks to prepare for my test. Daily smoker, only in evenings (1-2 grams or 40 mg edibles) and weekends (an 1/8 to 1/4 ounces or 100mg edible per day). 50ng/ml cut off. Girlfriend is a physician and I have a master's in computational biology. Here is what you do. Week 1, I did the 14 day cleaner, taking 8 capsules per dose, and I cannot stress this enough, take the week off from going into the office, and your new job for the week is to drink water!!! WATER WATER WATER! YOU WILL LITERALLY BE PEEING WATER OUT YOUR BACK SIDE. What you will also want to do is get some excercise in, preferably near your bathroom, i went for an outdoor run and almost didn't make it back lmao. What you are basically tryign to do is release the toxins from your fat cells with excercise and as you are using this product, you want to make sure to get as much out as you can. The following week, make sure you have Multivitamins, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C complex, and creatine monohydrate. You will want to continue drinking WATER! I drank 2 gallons per day and mix the creatine monohydrate. The first part of the week, it is fine to excercise but STOP 36 to 72 hours before your test. At this point you want to make sure you are not releasing toxins from fat but rather diluting. I also used concentrate lemon juice and concentrate cranberry to help with a milder detox this week but only with about 32 ounces of the water, did not include that in my 2 gallon amount as mentioned earlier. 72 hours to 24 hours before your test: continue drinking your water, vitamins, no excercise, no fried foods (not sure that helps but I just feel so healthy without them), and no alcohol or caffeine(it serves as a diuretic but it also can dehydrate you, which you want to avoid extra dehydration). Finally, 24 hours before the test: keep with the water and vitamins, if you aren't peeing 20 to 30 times per day, you are not drinking enough water, I would also double up on the vitamins, why? They are also testing for these vitamins in the lab test as well as the creatine monohydrate. You will also want to buy Certo( Google the Certo method) found in the jello aisle at Walmart for like $4. It comes with a 2 pack, the night before your test, mix it in with a 32 ounce Gatorade. The next morning, double your vitamin dose and aim for an afternoon testing time or wake up super early if it is a morning test so you can get a shit ton of water in you. Your pee should still have color from the Vitamin B, keep drinking the creatine, if they don't see creatine and they may test you at more sensitive levels, lab friend mentioned that. The morning of, double up on your vitamins. You will also mix the Certo and Gatorade. What it does it prevent fat being burned from the fast acting sugars.
