Broke by wrist, surgeon installed plate w 7 screws. 2 finger's & thumb were tingly numb! Dr suggest I start taking these B-6's to help so I might not need carpal tunnel surgery. I like the dosage and the amount of Vit B6 in the bottle. It's a good value for the money. But I take this B6 with Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium, and D3+K2 every night which helps me fall asleep and stay asleep every night. All of these vitamins were recommended by a holistic doctor, who I respect and admire.

100mgなので1日1カプセル 夜食後にマグネシウムと一緒に飲んでいます。 使用して3週間ですが筋肉的にはっきりとした体感はありませんがむくみが少し取れて体全体の皮膚感が薄くなった気がしています。

毎日愛用していますが体の調子がとで良いです。

細かいところですがPyridoxine HClなのにラベルの化学構造式はPyridoxal Phosphateですね。どちらでも効果面では等価と考えられますが、せっかくなので構造式は正しいものを記載して欲しいです。品質面では問題なさそうです。
