They’re extra-large and give full coverage — much better than the small paper ones you usually find. The double-layer design (soft top layer and waterproof PE film underneath) feels clean and safe, and it truly doesn’t let moisture through. Before using, I always wipe the toilet seat with an alcohol hand sanitizer wipe, so the surface is already clean. Then I place this cover on top — and together it works perfectly for me. The four small adhesive points on the back are not super sticky, but just enough to help the cover stay in place. You peel off four little paper tabs to expose the adhesive before use. As long as you don’t move around too much, they hold pretty well. The only downside is that they’re not flushable — you have to throw them away after use.
