It does also state that it contains milk however there are no refrigeration requirements listed. **Q: I’m trying to break up with CoffeM8 French vanilla, is this comparable?** A: I like this one after trying others. Good quality without breaking the bank. **Q: This particular container, Lot SN358071 exp 08/24 does not taste as expected; off taste! Have there been other complaints?** A: As far as I know that is the taste, it’s disgusting! I think I will contact the brand and see what they say. There are no returns here on Amazon for this product. I am out $60. (I bought 2). Maybe if you do the same, we can exchange them. The original is great, I use it everyday.
