I bought these racks for my f800gs 2014.  When the box arrives I was unable to install them on my bike as they mistakenly shipped me 2 left side racks, right side was missing. I contacted Brooksautosports directly, assisted by Lisa, she was very friendly and understood what happened. She sent the missing part immediately. Their customer service is great. Regarding the Racks, the quality is awesome, they are really well made. If you wanna have the best of the best at a low price, go with these instead of the OEM.
