**update**The collar has to be "reset" every couple of days to keep working by pushing a pen tip in a small hole per the instructions included- today the button broke, just 3 weeks past the return date. So now the collar is useless and I basically paid $30 to have this collar for 30days and 3 weeks.Great product and quality...better than I expected. I have only had to use the shock twice, now my dog knows when she hears the beep warning that the bad behavior needs to stop immediately. It's nice to be able to use the beep and vibrate feature as warnings instead of going for the shock right away (I'm not a big fan of the shock in general) And I love that I don't have to buy batteries every week, once this is fully charged it lasts about 2wks before I need to charge it again! Very happy with this purchase.

I can't imagine the dog that would take a high setting on this, works well with vibrate below ten and the about eleven for the shock feature I used only once in the couple weeks I've had it. Maybe it's the dog, too (also new to me), but the beep is all she needs after that one time shocking her after beeping her. Problems I found: the directions say to turn off the receiver during some stage of setup but there doesn't seem to be an off switch. The water resistance is questionable, a rubber insert into the USB charger port, fairly loose fit, better not rain hard. I'm not sure if mine is malfunctioning or the directions are off (I'll have to try customer support), but mine doesn't sleep after two minutes, it turns off which makes me have to turn it on again (a two second process) instead of instantly coming back on with a click (as the directions state it will do). This is a problem since I use the collar as a control device to keep my Doberman from chasing (people, cats, bikes), stepping in the street or pulling on a leash--I think it would be better if it just stayed on, it would probably last the day since I've only charged the controller once so far. One other problem I had with the time out feature is that to keep the controller on you have to hit a button on the controller. (As long as you hit the A/B button your dog won't feel punished.)

Works really well. I like the opciones for sound and vibration. we don't even need the "shock" effect our dog reacts to the sound most of the time and in the worst case a little vibration and she will obey commands.

Not strong enough for a German shepherd but all awhile does it's job. The battery for the collar isn't a long enough life for all day use but is great for a walk in the park. The remote has a decent range.

It's ok. Biggest complaint is the remote does not stay on long enough. When I catch my dog doing something he shouldn't, by time I realize the remote shut itself off and I get it turned back on, he's done doing it. It shuts itself of after about 30 seconds and it is very annoying.

The product cannot ever fit a Great White Pyanese Dog. As advertised--it should. As a prime member should not be charged OVER $6.00 FO4 a returm. Please re-emburse. Katherine

Could not get to work. Instructions were difficult to follow. Not really ecommended

Works well! Has been through my swamp a million times and still works, the only thing I have found is that the prongs get loose very often.
