**Q: Will this work on monstera albos and aurea?**
A: I would say yes they held the water and didn't leak for me

**Q: Will these works for sunflowers?**
A: Sunflowers have slightly larger stems so you may have a harder time pushing them in.

**Q: Is the 0.7" external width with the cap on or off?**
A: The .7" would be with the cap on as the opening width is .4"

**Q: how much liquid do these hold?**
A: Maybe 1 tbsp if you allow room for a stem.  They are okay for a day or so of keeping stems fresh.  Otherwise you'll need something that holds more water.
