Overpriced and low quality with no service.
What more can I say? I bought this flashlight at the Texas State Fair. I had to think hard before laying out $50 for a pocket flashlight but the lantern feature intrigued me.It worked great through two batteries. Then it wouldn't turn on. I don't know if it is the switch or the LED but I do know I tried 4 known good batteries before attempting to call for support.Their website has little about the company. The phone recording sounds like they have a staff, but no one is ever there regardless of the time you call. Leaving a message with full contact information does no good.I can't recommend any products from this company. There are many very good high-end flashlights out there that actually work and have people to support them. I chalk this up to an irresponsible impulse purchase.
